Nancy Hinds, NP (Owner)

Jackie Keen, MA
Jackie brings more than 15 years of experience in pediatrics, along with five years as a medical assistant, contributing a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and patient-centered care to the Luminous team. A Connersville native, Jackie’s background reflects a deep-rooted connection to the community and a practical, compassionate approach to patient care. Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys spending time with her three sons, traveling to the beach whenever she can, and cheering on IU basketball.
Kayla Baker, CMMA
Kayla is a Certified Medical Assistant at Luminous Wellness & Aesthetics. She works directly with patients and supports the clinical team with a precise, consistent approach, prioritizing patient comfort, clear communication, and a high standard of care throughout each visit. Outside of the office, Kayla is happily married and raises longhorns on the side. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll usually find her hunting, riding side-by-sides, or shopping with family.
