About Us

Meet the Owner

I’m Nancy Hinds, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Luminous Wellness & Aesthetics in Connersville, Indiana.

My healthcare career began at Indiana University School of Radiology and IUPUI, where I graduated in 2005 with specialization in X-ray, CT, and Mammography. I later continued my education through the Indiana University School of Nursing, becoming a Registered Nurse in 2009 and gaining clinical experience in emergency care. In 2014, I earned my Master’s degree from Ball State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner, continuing my work in urgent care.

That clinical foundation continues to shape how I practice today, emphasizing careful assessment, patient safety, and treatment planning tailored to the individual.

At Luminous Wellness & Aesthetics, my work integrates wellness-focused care alongside aesthetic treatments. I approach each patient with the understanding that concerns related to skin, aging, energy, and overall wellbeing are highly individual and benefit from thoughtful, personalized strategies. Continued education and advanced training remain central to my practice, ensuring techniques and clinical approaches stay current and evidence-based.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother of two sons and three bonus children. I enjoy my kids’ sporting events, community activities, live music, travel, camping, and time at the beach whenever possible.
