Cancellation Policy

In order to efficiently run our business a $25 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. You will not be charged the remaining treatment cost until the day of service. Please allow 24 hours advance notice for appointment changes and cancellations. All appointment changes and/or cancellations made within the 24 hour time frame will be charged 50% of service. In the event of a NO CALL/NO SHOW, client will be charged 100% of service.
